Carrera tensioner question
OK, I finished putting the motor back in last night, and I am nervous about running it. I grounded the coil wire and ran the starter on the moter until I built oil pressure. (about 1 bar) I did this three times and the hooked up the coil wire and it fired right up and ran fine, and then I shut it right down as I noticed that the cutch pedal was on the floor.
I fixed the clutch issue and went to bed. But now that I think about it, how do I know that the tensioners got enough oil? I was not able to keep the oil in them after I had submerged them according to the TSB here on Pelican. Simply due to the fact that it drains out during install. Am I just being paranoid?

Yes you are just being paranoid. If you didn't hear noise from the chains on the first start up, they are working just fine.

Yes, in fact the lack of chain noise in itself was a welcomed suprise. Thanks!
