Recaro Pole Positions--different sizes/widths?
Searched but no mention of different sizes/widths. If only one size, anyone 'my' size have them? Feedback?
6' tall, 190lbs. Also, how's the durablility of the cloth/velour? Need replacing frequently? thanks mike '86 coupe |

Mike, I just installed leather Pole Positions in my '86 and I absolutely love them. I'm 5-11, 220 and they're snug, but not too tight. Very comfortable. They only come in one size, AFAIK.
The leather is a lot more expensive but it will last many times longer and look good way longer than cloth. Plus, the leather is easier to keep clean. With the gymnastics you have to perform to get in and out, I think the cloth would wear out on the edge of the seats very quickly. Others may chime in who have experience with the cloth. |
