Hawk Performance Brake Pads
Hey Gang,
I was recommended the HAWK High Performance Street Brake Pads. Anyone have any experince with them? Good? Bad? Just thought I drop a post on trusty Pelican Forum before I pull the trigger. Thanks! gerry

I got the HPS on my daily driver, I'm on my second set, very good for street driving.
I had the HP Plus on the Porsche, will work for the street, the Autocross and the track depending how much you push them. They can be noisy on the street. For the track, I'm now using the Blue, very good, don't used this one on the street.

I do not care for them on the track. I have used to HP-10's and they get uber agressive when they are warm...with little or no warning or increase in pedal pressure.
Some people love them......

I like the hp+'s. They have been installed for a couple of years now. My car is mostly street with a DE every now and then. The pads are very good on the track and not bad on the street. I didn't find them all that noisy. There is an occasional squeak but they are a much more quiet than pagid orange pads for example. There is a little bit of brake dust but it's not excessive. I expected the pads to be totally worn but they still have at least 1/2-season left.
