79 SC Fuse Box-Tinning the conductors ??

I have a wur issue,so I know if I get too hot I need to cool it down(need to find time to replace it) But like clock work ,if i cool it off she fires right up.
The other day after cooling it down, she did not fire,so I checked fuses(all have been replaced, car only has 68K on it) and she fired right up.
.... so In the interest of reliability, I am thinking that it may be wise to clean and tin all fuse box connections (as well as replace and adjust the wur .....make sense??? What do you pro's recommend.
