Targa top re-seal, hints?
 

Been meaning to get to this for awhile now. I finally bought all new seals for my 87 Targa: windshield, targa bar, sides, and doors. Any helpful hints? (I couldn't find a tech article on this.) Thanks:cool:

I've only done my front seal, cleaning was the biggest part. After reading more I removed it and trimmed it down as suggested. This made a Huge difference. Don't be afraid to cut away on the inside of the corners and where it fits in the track, dry fitting as you go.
Let me know how the rear seal goes.
