944 rear seats fit in 911?

I'm looking to convert the interior to black in my car and I was wondering (before I limit myself) will rear 944 folding seats fit? I think they might be different but, dont rememebr (even though I've had a few)

Thanks for the help!

the 924/944 seats fold down in one piece
911's fold down seperately

944's are also quite heavy compared to the 911's
and there is a different latch mechanism and the 944 seats are shorter

i don's see how you can make 944's fit in a 911, it's a completely different seat

If you don't mind a little modification, Boxster seats will fit in your 911. Do a search and the installation directions can be found.

There are some good after market seats out there as well. I would suggest you sit in the seat prior to purchasing one of these seats.
