4.5" x 15" Fuchs info Needed?

Can anyone tell me what valve stem or inner tube is needed for the extra thick rimmed 4.5" Fuchs wheels?

TR-415 valve stems will work, then use tubeless tires.

Would I buy these at any auto parts store? Discount Tire?

You can look at the auto parts stores, they may have them. Call around to your local tire stores and ask them if they have the fat valve stems.
