Can fuchs be turned into split rims?

Hi guys, I've seen some various shota of fuchs as split rims when surfing the net.

Does anyone know if this can be done or where?

The centers from 6x16 Fuchs can be cut out and used as centers for 3-piece (with bolts) or 2-piece (welded) wheels, usually with a 17-inch diameter.

Lots of companies do it.
