Door window seals

Hi All - I have a 1988 Carrera Coupe in very good condition. One thing I have noticed that I'd like to fix is the seals on the door windows. On the outside of both doors, the seal seems to have shrunk - they are about 8mm (1/3") short, and this lets water in when I drive it in the rain. I have a few questions:
1. Has anyone else noticed this?
2. Where do I get replacements from?
3. What is the 'technical' name for these seals?

Thanks,
David

I replaced both of them. I had the panels off when I did it. Some pelicanheads pop the widow seal molding off with the panel attached.
Do you feel lucky ?

RoninLB - I'm happy to hear that there is a solution!!! Where did you get the replacements? What are they called?

Common name "squeegee" if you are talking about the rubber seals that fit against the window. They insert into the top door moulding. The moulding just clips into the door. Pop off the moulding and replace. Pelican has them for about $7 each. These seals really don't keep water out alone. Check your inner door seals also, They clip to the inside of the door in the window channel. Good luck.
