Wayne, there's bug in search! Check it out.

do a search for "a-arm 1983"

click on "Suspension A-arms & Parts ", 4th down in category column.

what do you get?

"Armrest / Cup Holder Combo "
:D

Hmm, seems to work okay for me, when searching 1974-89 911?

Clicked on your link, and I agree with on-ramp, the armrest/cupholder is there:

Just a guess, but most search engines ignore any punctuation and treat it as white space. Also most of them ignore words that are shorter then a certain number of characters. I suspect that "a-arm 1983" was interpreted as "arm 1983"

"Arm rest ... 1978-89" is covered by it.

Tried the search and then clicked on the sub category "Suspension" at the top and it worked ok.

follow the instructions in my original post and you will see.

Maybe its a conspiracy...since these cars do not have cup holders to begin with...

silverc4s 09-04-2005 08:48 AM

Wayne's unloading cup holders...:)

I'm still not seeing it. When you type in 'A-arm' it is indeed going to pick up arm rest along with the a-arm parts. You said click on "Suspension A-Arms & Parts" - that doesn't show up when I have 1974-89 clicked?

That's the way search engines work. An arm is an arm whether it's a suspension arm or it's an arm rest
