944 mirrors in 911

Had broken mirror motors in 83 targa restoration. Found whole new mirror set on ebay. All new in boxes, but has 944 part numbers and has the ring rather than three prong mirror glass. So far, so good, but the wires on the plug are arranged differently, and have different colors. The two, joined brown ground wires were easy to identify as was the power lead from the defroster. Anybody have any idea how to hook up the remaiing 4 wires to the car? (The remaining 4 wires on the mirror are white, blace, brown with white, and brown with black)
Thanks

the motor plates fit perfectly in my housings, later 87 style motors with circular mirror mounts, instead of the three prong mirrors (older type?). Just not sure how to hook up.
