Pull & Play in Right Front

I just purchased a 73 911 Targa. The car is solid and runs well. I have noticed a pull to the right while driving. Also in the right front end at higher speeeds (40-60) I feel some play and see the bounce of the right fender. Tires are excellent with fuchs wheels. I have been under the car and it does not appear to have been wrecked. Is it time for the turbo tie rod replacement?

The car also has the wide body fenders front and rear. I would like to update the rocker panels and the front end. Where can I purchase these parts?
