Road Trip: Dallas to Road Atlanta for Petit Le Mans (10/1 Race)
Well, since I had to back out of the Sioux Falls trip due to business, I've got the itch for a road trip. So, a trip to Road Atlanta for the ALMS race and the debut of the new Porsche LMP2 race car may provide the fix. Mark Wilson was interested, although I've not talked to him in a few weeks about it. Anyone else in the area interested in a trip?
Tix for the Porsche Corral which are discounted a bit, and include free parking with all of the other P-cars are available if ordered by 9/21. Even if the caravan thing doesn't work, maybe a Pelican hook-up at the race? I'd guess there will be a number of us attending.

I'm planning a road trip down from Indy. I looked on their web site last night and a ticket for all 4 days is only $75.00 I'll put the tent and some stuff in the car and head out probably wednesday am. If anyone wants to meet up on the way donw, let me know. See ya.

Got my ticket, and PorschePlatz parking permit in the mail. Also got a new radar detector for the trip. Can't wait....
