H5 question
Will H5s off of a '91 C2 fit my '81 SC without any problem?
Do I need to connect a relay or relays? Will it depend on the bulb? Thanks for the help. - Jorge

Jorge,
I think they will fit. I'm not 100% sure. I have H5s on my early car. Relays are better, but as long the wattages are lower you should be OK. You may have to check the wattages on the bulbs and repost. Hope this little bump, with no conclusive information ;-) is helpful. Doug

Hey Jorge,
I'm not an expert, but I think you'll need to cut your current plug adapters and fit new H5 adapters. That's how my H5's were fitted. However, i've recently changed them to the H4's. The H4's are much better and brighter IMO. You may also want to make sure that you can still get those adapters. I don't see them available from Pelican anymore.

I put H 5's in my 86 and bought bulb fittings from Parts Heaven (used but perfect). I also think they should fit in with screws lining up fine.
