spring plate bushings
Hello, I have just purchased new bushing but they don't fit in either the cover or the torsion bar tube. From what I have found on the forum they need to be turned on a lathe to fit? Why don't they just make them the correct size to begin with? I see there are also Neatrix rubber available. How do they compare with respect to performance and wear? More importantly do they fit without customization. Why is nothing ever straight forward with this car?
Thanks, Joe |

Neatrix are fine. They fit easily right out of the package. They are not really an upgrade, more of a replacement part.

I think there are some different stiffness levels with the Neatrix. ...doesn't mean that _you_ want it stiffer, tho.
"Why is nothing ever straight forward with this car?" - It is German.

Randy, if I read you correctly, are you suggesting the Neatrix is available in different compostions?
Cheers

Yes - that's what shop told me a few years ago when I put them on my car.
