1973 targa 911 stereo speaker location
I am trying to find where the original factory speaker location(s) were for my 1973 911 targa. I've seen many pics showing door mounted speakers but do not know if these are original or aftermarket for this specific year. The dash speaker hole looks obvious as placement for a single speaker but in my case has been emptied. Owners manual and any literature I have researched is void of information. Any help would be appreciated.

My 72E Targa has it's original Blaupunkt Frankfurt stereo, with what appear (and sound) to be the original Blaupunkt speakers. They're mounted through the front door pockets, with block off plates to close the pocket opening.
I'll take some pics and post tomorrow.
