911 Trivia Question...
 

What do the T / E / S stand for in 911T, 911E, & 911S? And what does each of the words mean?

T Touring
E Injection, German w/an E
S Sport

Not sure of the German wording, But T=Touring, E=German word for fuel injection, S=Super

E= Einspritzen, T=Touringspritzen, S=Sportspritzen.

No one has gotten it quite right yet...

Since I was 10 I knew that reading about these things (Chris Harvey's The P-911 is where it began) would one day payoff.....good to knew those teen years were not wasted :D
any idea where to stumble on video (incar preferably) of some of the members porsche racing exploits? I just watched three that a Scott Marks? just put on of his 2.0L class and it was enthralling. There may be a niche there that isn't totally filled. (and it would give me another excuse to stay up too late!)
