Engine sitting w/o oil for two weeks
I drained the oil two weeks ago still awaiting some parts. Is it bad to let it sit with out oil? The cap and plugs are is on and it is just sitting closed until I have the parts. Just wondering.

This should not be a problem... There is still plenty of oil coating your parts in there, even thogh it has been drained

No different than it sitting with oil, IMO .

No problem; all the running surfaces are still coated with oil. Just don't start the engine.
