Good ride height for my 964 C2
Spent last night feverishly installing Bilstein HD struts and H&R sport springs on this little pup. The spring perches are screwed all the way down right now and the car is too low for street use for my taste.
Its over at the shop (Group 2 in Seattle) getting the height set and an alignment. They are also putting on 7" and 9" Cup 1 OEM wheels with fresh rubber. Anyone have some suggestions for a decent ride height for semi-daily street use? I don't go to the track but I do like the occasional blast in the boonies. Alignment spec suggestions would be welcome also.

I'd get it set to Euro Carrera RS spec and maybe a tad bit lower..

I have the exact setup as you are going with. I had the shop who did the alignment and corner balance keep the front as low as he could and keep the car square. The rear is up 1/4 inch higher than the front. I might set the rear back to level. Seems a bit high to me. I like them really low. They make drop collars that allow you to get the car a bit lower, which would not be what your after, but Im thinking about them.

Thanks all for the great info.
Just got her back from Group 2... Chris, Paul and Joe did me right. Bilstein HD's, H&R sports, Cup 1's, new Sumitomo's, braided brake lines. I have to say I'm kind of liking it. ![]()
