H1 lamp trim ring conundrum
Two questions:
1. Will the H4 'paintable' trim ring fit over an H1 lamp? This is the part: http://www.pelicanparts.com/catalog/images/lamps/diag/ring2.jpg 2. Has anyone ever tried to have these trim rings chromed? I ask this because my H1 lamps have some ugly chrome on the bezels, which are just about impossible to find. I wonder if this is a possible solution.

Yes, they fit perfectly! No, I haven't tried to get a set chromed, but it shouldn't be that difficult ... they would have to be polished, first, though, or the resulting finish won't look right!
