SWB/LWB parts interchanging

I know one's shorter than the other, but can front fenders, rear valences, rear fenders be exchanged? Doors?

i would not mix and match. front SWB fenders have smaller flares, wider horn grills and different size turn signal units. rear SWB fenders have smaller flares, different size tail light units. rear lic plate panel the same. doors - i'm not sure but the obvious difference would be the inside door panel designs.
