I need a little front suspension help please.
 

I am trying to lower the front of the 76 and the adjustment bolt is all the way out. I was wondering, to get more travel out of the front adjuster do I need to remove the bolt completely and pull the torsion bar end cap/ adjuster off, jack up the hub a bit and put the end cap back on a different set of splines (reindexing if you will)?

Does the end cap/ adjuster just pry/ pull off?
