what type of fenders are these ?

I thought at first the fenders would except brake duct fins but from all the pictures I have seen these vent holes are much thinner and bend differently. Are these rsr type fenders with no brake duct fins just open ? I have several different fins and none are even close.

They probably are not "factory" but somthing a PO made up to look like them.
Someone with the real thing may be able to give you detail photos or measurements to verify this.
You may have to fabricate some fins that fit the openings you have.
