3.0 won't turn over

Hi Guys,

Friday night I drove home through a heavy rain just fine.

This morning (Sunday, after 7 inches of rain here in DC) I can't get the engine to turn over. The starter trys to turn it, but the engine acts as though it's frozen. I'm not sure what the probelm is, but I'm hoping that the engine is not frozen, which would put me into the "pull and re-build the engine" mode.

I doubt it will help, but I just positioned a window fan over the engine hoping that water leaked through the whales tail on to some important but unknown (to me at least) part, switch, electrical component.

Please tell me that I'm not staring down the barrel of a re-build.
