Very nice car. It seems the previous owner's weren't afraid to do some tinkering, (cup wheels and dual outlet exhaust). But these are good things. 1987 is a great year, (although 1989 is the ultimate year, the final "true" 911!) Well enjoy your car now in its semi-stock state. A few years of being on this board with all these members filling your head with endless upgrades, your car might look a little different in a year or two. These also, are good things!

Nice looking Carrera!

1987 is the best year!. I think they put a lot of extra factory "go fast parts" in all the black 1987 Carreras...

The Cobra, while being a lot of fun to drive, just isn't something that I would just hop in and drive. There were always little things to check. And even though I know I did a very good job building it, I somehow didn't trust it like a production car. Must be the black paint that has some extra "go fast" stuff in it. Funny they didn't put it in any other colour.
