New turbo 3.6 rims on my speedster
Just put them on yesterday - think they look more period and correct to this body style than my RUF wheels (bottom pic)
Judge for yourself ![]() ![]() ![]() RUF ![]()

The new wheels look great! The old ones are nearly as good, but I agree with you (for what my opinion is worth). You get what you pay for ;-)

Absolutely gorgeous car. I have loved the speedsters since they came out and was so disappointed when the 964 arrived with narrow fenders. Give me some details on yours if you don't mind.
Thanks!

Thanx
![]() I totaaly agree with you - the 89 model came out mostly in wtb - and then they went to the total opposite with the 964 with only approx. 14 unofficial made with wtb I got hold of a-78 sc targa - and a silver crashed 964 speedster - so actually the doors and everything came right of the speedster and all other internal parts welded in Had a 3.6 but sold it when I bought a house - never got to install it - so currently it has a euro 204 hp 3.0 with all upgrades including ss exhaust and K&N. 3.6 hopefully to come - but the car is quick because of weight reduction Oh - DW SD - the new ones where actually less ![]() BTW - LOVE SD - hopefully coming over in nov. for a quick visit (family++)

Yes - I guess so Rob
![]() I can check shipping tomorrow if you like - going to bed now - it is passed midnight Thr Ruf was made both for the narrow and turbo bodied 964s - 8.5" and 9.5" - 18" Not perfect - has kind of a clearcoat chip on a couple of them - but they are absolutely straight with no damage - made by Speedline for RUF (same company supplied the turbo 3.6 cup splitrim)

Look very nice on a very nice car too.
What do 3.6 turbo wheels go for now days? What are the specs on thoes wheels? Would they make better track wheels then say 7/9 fuch's?

Thanx again
![]() bigrubberjeep - these are replicas made from an Italian company called Eta Beta - and are not actually split rim. I got them from www.***************** on sale right now for approx. $ 1 600 - same company which supplied the various speedster parts There is a guy here who tracks his 964 3.8 RS here on the same set up - not sure if they are RH or Eta Beta - haven't heard any complaints yet.....
