Hi Everybody!

I am looking to buy this car. The engine and everything runs very smooth, but I have no experience at all and would very much like to hear your opinion.

First of all, is it a factory turbo-look, or is it done on the aftermarket? Impossible to tell from the pictures?

Anything else about this car worth mentioning?

Doesn't it look good?

pop-off valve
PPI
and don't forget the most important thing the PPI

I dont think the turbo look was a factory option for the SC but I could be totally wrong on that.

car looks very nice and aggressive! I love the low stance (nice lowering job!)
It looks like the owner is an enthusiast (judging by the Honda dirt bike)... That MOMO wheel is very comfortable (I have the same wheel).
Do the PPI and IF everything checks out fine, buy the car - it looks HOT!

it looks too low, kinda like the way mine looked when the torsion bar snapped!

I notice a few things: the carpet on the driver's side door pocket (no pic of the passenger side) is funky, it is likely a euro car (see rear bumper pads, front turn signals, and side marker lights), and the center tunnel carpet looks torn where the center console used to bolt down.

The current owner said he _thought_ the turbo-look wasn't factory made, however, everything is turbo except the engine;

suspensin
brakes
etcetera...

I forgot to mention that it's an european car, and I'm in europe as well..

Look like SoCal911SC is right a few things...

In addition: looks like the dash has been replaced. The top A/C vents are from an '86 -'89...and the bottom A/C vents are from the SC.....Why?

Wow, just like you said, there's apparently a lot going on with the car..

The owner said that when it was made turbo-look, they replaced a lot of things. He actually mentioned that the dials are turbo, as well as a lot of other things..

I guess that if there's turbo-dials, there's also a turbo hach, however, obviously it's there for no other reason than for the turbo-look.

I'm afraid I don't have any better pictures of the car, so we really cant find out wether it's turbo brakes/suspensions right now.


Beleive it or not, but I was actually going to buy the car without doing the PPI.. I have now reconsidered..

I have a few things to ask him next time we talk.


Anything else worth mentioning? Anything I should ask him perhaps?
