What are signs the clutch is going?

I have 114,000 miles on my original clutch.

I drove the car Monday and I noticed a slight vibration starting at at 3,000 rpm and I was not making (transferring) all the power to the wheels.

I noticed my clutch is stiffer so i'm guessing it's time for a new clutch?
