Wheel Offset

How do I determine the correct offset on a set of used 7Jx15 and 8Jx15 wheels for my 76 turbo? Thanks

Post the numbers that are cast/stamped on the inside. Should be:
For the 7 = 911 361 020 41 Offset 23.3mm
For the 8 = 911 361 020 42 Offset 10.6mm

If your numbers are different, post them here.
I believe that turbo's have 7 front/ 9 rear wheels from factory unless the rear was an 8 in '76.

Thanks for the info. I got the wheel sizes out of a book on Porsches. When I bought my 76 Turbo, there were 16" wheels on it and they are too tall so I am going back to the originals. I have not seen any 9x15s in my search. Has anyone heard of this size?

Just look on the back of the wheels for ET###

Sorry this one is upside down, but the ET identifies it as a 944 8x16 w/ 23.3mm o/s. Appropriate for the front of a 911
