Here is the results of Saturday morning warm-up. RS Spyder third fastest.
The 4-hour race starts at 3:15 PM Pacific. You can simultaneously watch TV, listen/watch to the on-line radio and video and download progressive results. Best, Grady

Yellows every few minutes as too much testosterone and adrenalin. At ½ hour: Porsche 6th. Here is LIVE TIMING & SCORING The on line radio is just fine. AND I can type at the same time. Best, Grady |

1h 15 min Porsche RS Spyder 2nd with lots of leaders pit stops under yellow.
Just green, top five fighting for position Porsche tries for lead & locks them up. Audi R8 leads. Porsche 2nd.

At 2 h 23 min The radio reported tha Maassen "made a mistake" (didn't say what) and he dropped fron 2nd to 4th. Apparenty they all went into the last turn 4-abrest! Perhaps smart racing for Porsche. Top 5 within 5 sescond. Outstanding racing. I can't wait to see it tomorrow. Zytek Lola Audi Porsche Audi Lola I got Shanghighed by F1 qualifying and making some special green chilli.

Did the car beat him up?
I heard the best thing about the Audi R8's was that they were smooth on the track and didn't beat up the drivers. Sounds like Maasen was fighting the car. I guess I'd kind of expect that from the car on the first time out. At least if he cramps up too bad we can stick Grady in there.

The GT2 class seems to be heating up (not that it was cool) The Porsche GT3 RSR army with Panoz now in the lead.
