Frequency valve melted?

Ok, I replaced my frequency valve a few weeks back becuase it was spraying fuel out of the plug! Well today it did it again! The white plug is melted inside and the valve is melted as well.

Anyone ever had this happen beore? I know it's a long shot but I am in the dark here, the wiring diagram in the FSM is not clear on this item.

Does anyone know how the gound wire on the Freq valve works? I see that it goes through the bulkhead connector to the OXS computer, I think it's a switched ground or something.

Anyway I get +12 on the red/wht wire, so I am thinking that's ok. Where does the ground go after that?
