Engine Compartment Cover Wayne's Book (Page 15)

I'm interested in getting the engine compartment cover that Wayne lists on page 15 of his book. I've found a few "fender" covers, but they do not look as inclusive as the one shown.

Maybe I've just missed it, but I've searched and cannot find.
