Check out some pix from this weekend's DE.

Schattenbaum runs a super DE. As usual, we had plenty of trackside repairs going on at any given time.

This is a sick bunch of folks.

Great weekend running on the Shenandoah Circuit with the Schattenbaum Region. I just didn't have the energy to go out for the 6th session on Sunday. Those guys are sick! :D

Great pics !

Have not tried it yet myself - afraid I would be caught in another addiction..

Yeah, Jim wasn't the only one to spin. I think almost all of us had a sping or two.....or three.

:( :( :(

I only had two spins. The other made my car look like it was used for mud wrestling.

A very wise instructor once told me (after I dug up about a cubic yard of dirt with a 993 spin) "There are two kinds of drivers. Those who spin and those who will. Just get it out of the way."

edward993 10-18-2005 09:54 AM

Sorry Jim,

Didn't mean to make light of your spin. It's just the pic was very funny AND reminiscent of my own track foibles. Personally, I'd use the pic as a badge of honor. :D

No worries Edward. I drive a purple Porsche...I can't be too sensitive. :D

There might be three - whenever my brother and I go out on his boat we are careful to remember that there are THREE kinds of sailors: Those who have run aground, those who will run aground, and those who are liars.

Ha! That reminds me of an ex who told me that, of all the men she had dated, none ever looked at porn. I told she had dated a lot of liars.
