CIS Fuel distrib question
I was looking over the turbo workshop manual, it shows that 3 shims must be used with the residual pressure valve on the fuel head. Mine only has 2. I have been having no hot start and other fuel related issues. Can someone tell me if this would lean out the mixture or richen it? I don't have gauges, and I'm not planning to adjust until I do, but it would be nice to know. I do know there are other factors involved in the final mixture. Thanks.
