Shipping a 915 cheap ????
I trying to ship a 915 trans. from monroe, wash. to Lakeland,FL what would be the cheapest way to do it and what would need to be done to it for shipping.

Crate/box and Greyhound bus service is the cheapest, not the fastest but the cheapest.

Forward Air is not expensive, but do not deliver door to door. They have offices near airports that you have to drop off & pick up packages . There is an office on Benjamin Rd in Tampa. Don't know what airports they service in Washington. Check out their web site. Oh, it is a PITA to pay, they only except money orders. Good luck, Craig

Last one I shipped UPS, banded to a board and wrapped in cardboard box. Cost $75 from NC to TX.

Greyhound wont take it, its too heavy. I used Forward Air from ATL to SFO for @$60
