I loved the look of the M-Coupe, but like most of the world, I didn't buy one. In fact, while I don't have the exact stats, I think the M coupe was the worst selling car in the history of BMW in the U.S. And I for one don't think BMW will be able to sell many more Z4 coupes while they sit next to open Z4 and Z8 convertibles in the showrooms.
That being said, it will be interesting to see how many Cayman Coupes are sold in the U.S. The car is a great value when compared against it's big brother, but it's still going to be $65,000-ish out the door. Quick poll... How many folks here on this board would drop $65K on a Cayman over spending that same amount on a special used Porsche they covet?
