Carfax anyone? P-car

Im thinking of getting a 1997 Boxster as a Seasonal daily driver.

Car was orignally sold at a NY dealer. The salesman tells me the RMS was replaced, ignition replaced and top Struts replaced all under warantee. Car has 28,000 miles and asking price is $26,500. Seems high by about 4500. Can anyone do a carfax on this for me?
