Shifter ball sock bushing for '87 911
Can anybody please give me the Porsche part # for this rubber bushing. It came off my '87 911. When I move the shifter, it's making clonking noise. Where can I find the complete diagram for 911? I lost the link.
Thanks,

Caliber -- It might be (probably is) #12, so buy that one while you're at it for $10. Same sympton in my '87, and #5 was fine but #12 was shot. Called a 'friction ring' and not a bushing by my P dealer. There's a thread around here somewhere with a great article on how to R+R the bushings down there. Tip: if you do #12, it has a cutout notch in the bushing that must be pointed down not up. You'll know what I mean when you see it.
