I lied, it was actually from Lowe's, come to think of it. I found it on the big aisle of theirs that has all kinds of nuts/bolts/screws/ etc... I think I remember there was a whole drawer full of various size plugs. The one I needed was around 3/4 or 7/8 I think. It is made of hard black plastic.

I'd shoot you a pic, but I'm in Germany on a layover...

That's flat though isn't it?

Need one to fit on top of the curved fenders.

Where could I get that cap? Couldn't find it with our host.

cap

I was trying to find it on the PET but have been unsucessful so far. It is so small in diameter that the curvature of the fender is not an issue I got it from a local porsche parts dealer. I don't want to say his name on here in respect to the host. You could pM me though.

I got automotive black plugs at NAPA for my bumperette delete. I ended up not using them, but they have various diameters and seem to be standard issues stuff.

I also noticed the plugs that mount in our 911 doors would work to.

So either will work, cheers.

when you take out the antenna ensure you put tape on your door.

open the door and loosen the antenna housing and it will slide through without taking the door off.

good luck
