Need some quick PP advice

Hey!

I will do an PPI, but what is important about this car that I should look/ask for?

I have searched the forum but haven't find any specific tips for this model..

Porsche 911 Turbo (930)
Year: 1989

Low milage

Sold in Canada..

Thanks!

compression test, leakdown on engine, inspect for rust, inspect for accidents, look for previous hack mechanics, hack previous owners, any abnormalities. Verify that mileage is consistent with the chassis, engine and transmission condition. Check brakes, suspension, bushings, etc, etc,

Choose a PPI mechanic that can tell you what they should look for, rather than vice versa. A Porsche specialist should know how to check out the cars.

Also, they should be prepared to stop billing at any point and discuss an issue with you. IE rather than saying after the fact: BTW after 1 hour I found a rust issue with the pan, but meanwhile you've paid for 5 more hours to check out things where the rust issue would have soiled the deal in the first place.

Hope that helps.
