Speedo stuck at 20mph

After last winters long nap, when I took the car out for it's first drive I noticed the speedo stuck at 20 mph. No movement what so ever. Any guesses?

Thanks,

David

Get a suction cup and attach it to the speedo face. Go for a drive and see if pulling the suction cup will free the speedo.

I have read on this board that the speedo glass will sometimes cause the needle to stick.
