Fast Flashing Turn Signals problem..help!

I have a problem with my turn signals. I had the car stored for a few weeks and i finally broke it out the other day, and now my turn signals are flashing extremely fast. I know this happens with new cars if one of the bulbs are burnt out, but i checked all of the bulbs and they work, in fact they are flashing just as fast. the weird thing is all 4 turn signals are doing this...any suggestions? is there a relay out?? i havent chacked the hazards yet, but i will when i get home...any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Strange, my 86 does the same thing only on the left side. They worked fine, then the right is ok, and the left just buzzzezzz. Just this week, the left side flashes fast and the bulbs are fine. I changed the relay, or black box behind the guage, and it didnt change a thing. What vash says sounds good, but I think I changed the "flasher". What now
