These are off the top of my head here but should be pretty close:

Plugs (6): $24.00
Dist. Cap.: $50.00
Rotor: $18
Air Filter: $$16.00
Fuel Filter: $26.00
Oil Filter: $8.00
Valve Cover Gasket kit: $20.00
Oil (case): $26.00

Wires: Pricing can vary by manufacturer. $140.00 - $285.00
