Brake warning light staying on ???

Just picked up my 80SC from having some paint work done and the brake warning light now stay on all the time.
They had the battery disconnected if that could have anything to do with it ?
I did a search and tried to find the switch at the brake handle but didn't see it when I pulled up the boot.

Also the seat belt light doesn't light at all.
