Best for lubricating sunroof tracks ?
I recall someone once telling me to keep the sunroof tracks clean and well lubricated. What's the best stuff to use ?

On my 86 they slide on plastic guides, I just keep them clean, any type of lube would only attract more dirt I would think..

NEVER lube the tracks! Clean but NEVER lube. Porsche advises against this as well.

I've used spray silicone.. the stuff doesn't seem to attract goobers as much as oil based lubes..Dan

No need to grease the tracks. If I did feel the "need" I'd use motorcycle chain grease that dries hard. That stuff doesn't attract or hold road dirt.
