Katrina Survivor
She huffed, she puffed, she blew wind and water in a lot of places it did not belong... including my new acquisition, a 1973.5 911 coupe. This car was purchased in March of 1974 by my father and was kept in generally excellent condition.
Katrina got her a little wet, but the damage was not nearly as bad as I had feared. She's not perfect. The most noticeable damage to the car was not caused by Katrina but by a curb that "jumped" out in front of my father. The bumper/spoiler will need some hammer and dolly (sp?) work. The front short pan also has some rust and will need replacing in the near future. There are a number of things that I'm aware need attention, and some that I'm probably not aware of yet. But she did cover the ground between Meridian, MS and Atlanta, GA in quick fashion. Thanks for your prior advice, and thanks in advance for all the questions that are bound to come up in the future. I've included some photos of the car. Yes, the carpets are back in, but the car was thoroughly dried out and treated. If you have any comments or questions then please ask me since I am just beginning another venture. Cheers, Ashford

sweet ride. It has the seemingly rare passenger side mirror. The coco mats look great too.

ashford,
bring her by later this week or this weekend, if you don't get arrested (you know what I am talking about) and let's take a look!
