911 front oil cooler/R1 rubber

I have a turbo look SC with a carrera oil cooler and I want to add a front cooler. B&B makes a 15, 20, and 24 wide (and I think the 24 will fit fine), but the fittings don't look compatible with the add to existing. Has anybody else done this? it looks like I need a U type adapter to bring the hose around to the carrera cooler. Plus I want to run R1 rubber for autocrosses and timetrials, and have 15 by 8 and 11.5, and 16 by 7 and 9's. I'm thinking of getting 17 by 11 rears so I can get 275 to 315 rubber and pairing this with my 16 by 9's with 245 rubber. What do you think, what have you had success with?
