I have seen some IDTP for sale (here in Sweden) sometimes.
Can they be made to work good on a 2.7?
What are the worth?

A good pair are around $1000 us. As for working with 2.7 40's will work with 34 or 35mm venturis.

What is the difference between IDTP and IDA/IDS ?

From what I know IDA and IDS are identical short of some fuel enrichmet circuit.

IDTP they are from the early T-model right?

That is my understanding also. I have also found out that the rebuild kits fit the IDT and IDA carbs are the same.
