1978 SC Plugs
I just completed my first tune-up on my 78SC.
I thought the plugs looked decent, likely a bit under-torqued when they were installed, but I will attach them for comments from anyone. Wherever possible, I have numbered them. (Any comments are welcome as I am brand new to this stuff) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks in advance for the comments! -Tom

Hi!
It would be better if you had pictures of the electrode...in otherwords, take a picture from an angle so that you can look into the electrode part of the plug instead of from the side. The sides look kinda wet. In any event, the plug tips should have a nice light brownish color to them. If they're black(sooty), oily, damaged, pitted, etc... you might have some more work ahead of you. I'm sure (hope) the gunk(on #6) is from the sides of the block, when you took them out. Hope this helps! Brad
