Plastics Unlimited - right in Worcester. Give 'em a CAD file and they'll even cut it for you.

For those quarters, you really don't need to mold the plastic. Just cut flat stock to shape.

The frame with shape them adequately. That is, provided you plan to use the frame.

1/8 polycarbonate is a bit thinner than stock but will seal adequately with factory rubber.
